Aozat Inc.
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 28, 2026
This policy explains how Aozat Inc. ("Aozat", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our website, project enquiry forms on Facebook and Instagram, and related communications. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, project location and type, desired timing, and project description. We also keep related correspondence and follow-up notes. Please do not include payment-card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information in a general enquiry.
Website infrastructure may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and error or security logs to deliver and protect the site.
How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your proposed project, arrange discussions, prepare estimates or proposals, and keep track of our communications. Where a project proceeds, relevant information may form part of our project records. We may also use information to maintain our services, address security issues, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting a project enquiry asks us to respond about that enquiry; it is not, by itself, a subscription to unrelated promotional emails or text messages. Promotional communications require consent or another basis permitted by applicable law. You can use the unsubscribe option in a promotional message or contact us to stop receiving it.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers for website hosting, enquiry storage, email delivery, and customer relationship management. These include Supabase for website records, Resend for enquiry emails, and GoHighLevel for contact management where connected. Relevant enquiry details may be available to our team and providers as needed to support these purposes.
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta collects your submission through its platform and shares the submitted details with us. Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy. Information may be disclosed when required or permitted by law, including to respond to lawful requests or protect legal rights.
Our providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws and lawful access by its authorities.
Cookies and third-party features
Some site functions, including staff sign-in, use cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser; disabling them may affect those functions. The website loads fonts from Google and may display YouTube videos or thumbnails. These requests can disclose technical information, such as your IP address, to the provider. Those providers apply their own privacy policies.
For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy. This policy does not govern other websites you visit through links from our site.
Retention and protection
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including project administration and applicable legal or recordkeeping requirements. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry or project and any outstanding obligations. You can ask us about retention of your records.
Protecting personal information involves restricting access to those who need it and using appropriate administrative and technical safeguards. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent to a use of your information, or request deletion. These requests are subject to applicable law and any records we must retain. Withdrawing information needed to handle an enquiry or project may limit the services we can provide.
We may request enough information to verify your identity before releasing or changing records. We will respond as required by applicable law and explain relevant limits or reasons if we cannot fulfil a request.
